Excellent service on shore and at sea. Food was decent, a bounty of options and they accommodated my vegetarian diet nicely. Bus transfers from Hanoi very well-managed. Staterooms are comfortable but basic and dated. This is a budget-friendly tour and I was personally happy, but by no means is this a luxury cruise or an high-end experience.
The beach and cave excursions had painfully long queues, so I waited by the boat docks for my group to return.
The setting is incomparable but under incredible assault from excessive tourism. I counted 37 overnight ships in the bay where we anchored an equal number of day boats and visitors. Plastic garbage floating everywhere, shorelines strewn with rubbish that has washed ashore.
A bittersweet experience.
Go for it, just temper your expectations.

Muy bonito. Nos enviaron el planning de dos dias y una noche por correo que incluía kayak, taller de cocina, trekking en la isla ti top y visita a una cueva. También nos organizaron el transporte de ida y de vuelta.
El guia Dung muy simpático y siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos. Lo recomiendo.

Sehr nettes Personal das bei den Land gängen. Kanu fahren, Tito Island und Begehungen einer Höhle sehr engagiert ist....Sehr gutes Essen an Bord gut Englisch sprechender.....nice to have nur weiterzuempfehlen! !

Solo éramos nosotros, así que decidieron cambiar de barco a uno más pequeño. El barco está bien, al igual que la comida, pero el trato es basiquísimo, nuestro guía pasaba de nosotros por completo. En la clase de cocina estaba serio y aburrido, y ni siquiera nos propuso las actividades nocturnas que estaban programadas. En lugar de eso se puso el pijama, digo hasta mañana y se fue. Al día siguiente igual. Una pena.
