Nice hotel
Stayed at this hotel in February and it was the best decision! The most important advantage is location. Registan is literally 10-15 minutes by a leisurely step, with the hotel itself in a quiet place where you can really sleep. Samarkand was very surprised by his hospitality and prices. Taxi from the airport to the hotel 150 rubles, eat in the restaurant 1000. Rooms are new, staff is high school, always on call and ready to come to the rescue

Great place to rest!
Great little hotel! Very clean. with fresh renovation, the room has everything you need even a washing machine) rooms are spacious bedding more snow white! The hotel has a kitchen, you can cook something if you want. refrigerator for storing food, all the necessary set of dishes. It is noticeable that everything is done taking into account the possible needs of the guests Separately grateful for the early check-in and all detailed information about the area. The receptionist and the hotel owner are always in touch, everyone will be helpful.

Perfect location and maximum traveller comfort!
Relaxed in this hotel for a few days. We really enjoyed it! Very comfortable hotel located in the heart of the historic city. All attractions are within walking distance.
But the most important advantage is a very good hotel owner, as well as a polite and attentive administrator, ready to help in any situation and solve all issues related to visiting Uzbekistan.
If you want your journey to this country to be as comfortable as possible, then I highly recommend choosing this hotel.

Avoid at all costs
This place absolutely should not be in business. It singlehandedly ruined our time in Uzbekistan.
We arrived to find the front door locked and no one working reception. It was over 100 degrees out, and we had to wait outside until someone passing by noticed us and eventually tracked down a local who could let us in. When we finally got inside, we were told they had overbooked and had no room available, despite our confirmed Booking.com reservation.
They offered to send us to/pay for another hotel, but when we Googled it, it was marked as permanently closed. From there, the whole thing started to feel not just unprofessional, but deeply uncomfortable and potentially unsafe.
We spent 2h+ trying to communicate via Google Translate with a family member or staff member who clearly didn’t know anything and wasn’t interested in helping. When I asked to speak with the owner/manager, I was told it wouldn't be possible as he lives in Moscow, and he's currently asleep (even though it was 11am). But apparently no one was authorized to do anything without him.
We ended up having to book a last-minute hotel at 3-4x the price, just to get out of the situation. What a complete waste of time, money, and energy. We’ve since reported the property to Booking.com.
