Everything was excellent. The staff, my room and of course all the amenities are especial to spend a relaxing stay. Super recomended.

The horror I felt finding a place so devoid of everything... There is no air conditioning.

Total disaster. The elevator's not working. It has no air conditioning. There are cockroaches in at least my room. Fungi in my room. The empty fridge. There is no telephone to reach the front desk. Short-handed. Almost dark corridors. Little light. You can't even see the Nu. Eros in the room. The WiFi in me was almost roaming. The batteries on the TV are worn out. They don't give you money back even if they promise what if they do. They're really cheeky. I don't recommend it. Any hotel is better...

Cute but dirty

The hotel is nice has pool outside and inside sauna and breakfast, but all this very dirty and sloppy I do not say it is the fault of the staff as they are all very attentive it is the fault of the manager or whoever it is to control as the facilities are. Breakfast is poor and with little cleaning and I don't even tell you the common areas in the elevator was thrown a paper on the floor the 4 days we were. The staff at the front desk very good. I wouldn't come back since I'm a fan of cleaning costs nothing

Bad experience

Lack of hygiene, sloppy bathrooms, rude treatment, no annexes in the rooms , breakfast re basic and unpleasant.

Hello, the hotel is located in a good area, but the service in the lobby is only somewhat acceptable. The room doesn't have a telephone, and the toilet was dirty; it's obvious they never use bleach and just wipe it down with a cleaner. And worst of all, the mattress was split in two, so sleeping was uncomfortable for my back
