Excellent Service

Excellent service... The breakfast is very good.. it is located in a very good area...but best of all is the Cuban receptionist of the night shift... It was always very friendly and attentive !!! Thanks for everything see you next!!

Dark, dingy and rude

The photos show a very different hotel to the one I stayed in. My room was dark and dingy with grayed curtains and a view of a wall. I tried to cancel the last night and was told too bad. Staff were rude. Breakfast was stale bread and canned fruit salad. Garbage everywhere outside the hotel. Stay somewhere else- there is much better out there.

Room very small cramped very tight to put luggage and be able to move without bumping into things..I tried to checkout early but hotel refused to waive penalties.Breakfast was very basic limited..toast yoghurt coffee teas rolls only...i will not stay there again

AC kept going off and had to be reset every few hours , Hotel parking is not convenient and difficult to find it is off property,
great location and helpful staff Ok breakfast very clean

Good location

Great location, central, close to Independence Square, good for walking. Breakfast not very varied but good. I had no noise problem because I stayed in the innermost part of the hotel. Room and bed good. The bathroom box was broken, which wet much of the bathroom, needs to go through maintenance. Overall, it is worth the cost-benefit accommodation, especially if you are looking for a good location, with nearby restaurants.
