We stayed 1 night & had a relaxing enjoyable experience. Beautiful hotel & we felt safe. The outdoor park is very clean & nicely maintained. The casino area was just enough. Many slots & tables. The restaurants were awesome too!

Extremely disappointed with service

Review: Disappointing Service Standards Below MGM Rewards Expectations
As an MGM Gold level member, I expect a basic standard of hospitality across MGM resorts. Unfortunately, my recent day-and-a-half stay at MGM Springfield fell drastically short of those expectations, primarily due to appalling service on the casino floor.
Over the course of 36 hours, my wife and I were approached by cocktail service exactly twice. On a floor of that size, managing a steady line of play, that level of oversight is unacceptable. We are not casual guests dropping $100 into a machine and leaving; we spend a substantial amount of money every time we visit.
For a property bearing the MGM name, the lack of floor presence and basic attentiveness from the service staff was remarkably poor. Loyalty status is meant to reflect a reciprocal relationship, but this visit felt like a one-way street. Until MGM Springfield addresses its staffing and floor management issues, we will be taking our gaming business elsewhere.

Unacceptable experience at MGM

MGM Springfield is nothing like all of its he other MGM’s I have been to. Staff was rude, check in delayed for hours due to lack of cleaning staff, the Chandler Steakhouse was terrible and I had to send my food back and wait for 45 minutes for a manager to come to adjust my.bill. The worst MGM ever.

Plenty of things to do for kids whether in the MGM or around it all walkable. Basketball hall of fame, or Dr Seuss and other museums connected within the MGM swimming pool or bowling or movies. Plenty of options to choose from for food.

My first time in Springfield MA.. I think I disliked the area not the hotel… the hotel is beautiful, staff was very nice, beautiful room, comfy bed. Wish there were more options and better places to eat. If you HAVE to be in Springfield, then this is a beautiful hotel to stay.
