There were some stains on the bedding, found garbage and piercings from previous guests under the bed and night stand. The bathroom, dining/kitchen area, and closet area were clean. Didn't get to interact with any of the staff from the Settle Inn when checking in, got there pretty late so I had to go to the Super 8 for help. Parking was great, got a spot right in front of my room. It was a very quiet stay, no disturbances or issues.
Checking out was quick and easy, we were a few minutes late and they were not rude about it at all.
There was a $100 deposit on the room for 3 nights.

The hotel takes a $100 security deposit before they will allow you to check in. They claim it will be refunded after you check out. The front desk is behind a locked door, and they talk to you through a doorbell camera before unlocking the door to let you come inside and check in.
The carpets were filthy. Walking across the floor barefoot left my feet very dirty. Had to wear shoes inside the room the entire time.
Otherwise, the room was adequately clean. The mattresses were clean, no bugs.

When we arrived we had to go to Super 8 to check in cause Settle In staff wasn’t available. The WiFi wouldn’t connect. The beds were rock hard! No cups, coffee, or ice bucket in the room. There was very little toilet paper in the bathroom with no extra roll. All in all it was okay for a place to rest for the few nights we were there for Rock the Country!

Some one seems (from Hotel Across Street) in our Parking Space … … …
Excellent fair young Lady Rectified all, much sooner than would have guessed!
Age of Standing Shower Floor, while Clean, appeared questionable. Checked; quickly seen indeed clean.
Value SUPER great; all what Service and fine accommodations; Quite competitive price!!!

Place was easy to find and room was clean we had night of sleeps we had concert to attend and we visit Sioux ... we will come back to Sioux
