Natalie is a shining star!

I’ve stayed at quite a few properties in my lifetime, and I’ve also worked at many hotels and resorts in different capacities from front desk to food & beverage to sales. The level of care and pride that Natalie shows in her work is beyond measure. I was so impressed by her that I just had to write this review. I saw her all the hotel running around completing tasks and leaving smiles in her wake wherever she went. She showed amazing composure when dealing with a flustered guest and after speaking with him afterwards, he said that she was the only reason why he had decided to stay and not relocate to another property. She is an asset to your team, and I believe she is a beacon of hospitality and grace under pressure. In all honesty, I would poach and bring her to my property right away if I could! Everything about my stay, from the grounds to the amenities, were just about average compared to my other stays anywhere else, but because of Natalie, I will never forget this experience at your hotel. I commend you and thank you for a great stay only made better by her amazing smile and dedication to her craft. Thank you, Natalie!

Delightful

Dined in last night the blackened Salmon tacos were delicious! The service was great! Natalie was a delight to have has a server & the bartender was great at making my drinks!

Exceptional service !

Stayed a few nights due to my job. Had dined in food was delicious and service was excellent! My server Natalia was exceptional and so was the food! Will definitely be coming back.

We loved this location! Elevators are a little crazy, but managable, we wish we had more time to enjoy the amenitites here. Perhaps next time. The pool was beautiful and the fitness center was amazing. We only stayed one night but the dinner was the most delicious fish taco I have ever had.
