I use the hotel frequently because it is close to my son’s family. The staff is always very friendly but also professional. The rooms are well appointed and clean. The breakfast is good and the attendant is attentive to the food and cleanliness of the area.

The owners seriously need to invest in renovating the rooms. The lobby appeared to have been renovated as well as the breakfast area. The rooms were very outdated with poor patchwork on the ceiling and walls poorly painted. The room was clean and the staff very efficient. Renovation of the guest rooms would be a major game changer in my rating.

A very ordinary hotel but it was totally clean and every staff member seemed friendly and competent. The gentleman who worked the front desk both mornings was especially so.

A bit rundown

Overall, the room was clean, but the entire hotel is dated and mildly rundown. Room had a strong odor of stale, cigarette smoke, and general areas of the motel smelled strongly of marijuana. Was a good value for the reduced rate I received. Would have been disappointed if I had paid more.

Comfort Inn is a nice place to stay when in the Paramus area. They offer free breakfast, free parking, and free WIFI. They are upgrading the common areas along with the carpets in the rooms. The owners seem to care.
