Worst motel in Illinois

Filthy, thru out. Garbage cans dumped over outside the broken side door that wasn’t locked. Key card opener was gone with 2 raw wires hanging free beside the fire. Bathroom door wouldn’t close room door didn’t have chain lock. For $101 per night it wasn’t worth $35 per night. Stayed 2 nights because it was a holiday week and we couldn’t get a room for the 5 nights left in our visit with family. Don’t stay there

Gone and Grateful

Our key did not work after 3 attempts and the hotel was completely booked. The attendant at registration apologized and offered us a refund. Also we observed a drug deal in the parking lot and heard large dogs barking in the rooms. When we were leaving we observed people taking things out the bedroom windows to their car and crawling in and out the window. We booked elsewhere.

Do better

Just not happy with the stay. It was dirty, smelled of cigarettes. Wifi didn't work, people were inconsiderate.

Your feedback is valuable, and we'll work to address these issues to improve the experience for future guests. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Sincerely,
