Unprofessional and Rude Manager

The manager, Sonia Barsa, of this facility subiected me and my guest to severe verbal rudeness. A manager's primary role is to ensure guest satisfaction and handle conflicts with composure. The behavior I experienced falls far short of acceptable consumer hospitality standards. As a result of this experience, I'll not be staying at this establishment again, and will file my complaint with the Indiana Attorney Gereral Consumer Protection Division.

Needs upgraded

This hotel needs a major upgrade! The bathroom has black mold. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work. Bed was super uncomfortable and gave both my husband and i terrible backaches and we woke up in the morning we could barely move. The pillows were super uncomfortable and were like cement blocks. The lighting of the room was horrible! We couldn't use the pool (well we could of but it was disgustingly filthy and was never cleaned the entire time we were there (we were there from Tuesday-Saturday)). Tuesday in order to get into where the pool and hot tub were we had to go get someone to let us in since the door was locked. The pool had so many bugs in it and had a nasty film on top of the water. The temperature of the hot tub went way down with use.

Perfectly Average spacious rooms with King bed, A+
Mattress average
indoor Hot Tub PERFECT (102 degrees) and CLEAN
Indoor Pool PERFECT (79 degrees)
A real Pac Man game built in 1981 ($0.50/game)
FULL BAR! I kid you not.
Wide open parking
Wonderful staff (Nice young lady checked us in in 4 minutes at 4:30pm)
Quiet
