We left a bag of purchases in the room. I called less than three hours later, and spoke to the manager on duty. She called me back about two hours later, and said she checked the room, and then talked to housekeeping. The room had already been cleaned and nobody remembered seeing the bag.I take responsibility for leaving it in the first place, but I would expect that there's a lost and found policy.

the hotel itself was very nice. The hard part was that some friends were staying at the same hotel. we requested for our rooms to be close by. I called and was told that they put our rooms next door to each other. My friend, when they checked in, asked and was told we'd be 1-2 rooms apart. When I went to check in, just after 6pm, I was told the room wasn't ready yet (check-in was anytime after 4). After waiting for close to 15 minutes, which is a lot when I was traveling alone with 2 toddlers and it was dinner time. We finally got the key and was told we were on a different floor than my friends. I had also requested a pack n' play, which I was told they were waiting on. They were able to move me to the same floor as my friend, but we then had to wait a while longer. we requested to be close by because I was traveling alone with my kids and my friends were going to help out, plus we wanted to hang out for a litlte bit once the kids all went to sleep. If our rooms were nearby, we could sit in the hallway. Even with our rooms on the same floor, we were put on opposite ends of the hallway, which was less than helpful.

I have stayed here in the past and will visit again in the future. The hotel is clean, quiet and has friendly staff!

Not a great experience.
As I write this I have been on the phone with Hampton/Hilton for over an hour attempting to resolve a billing issue. They have billed my card twice for a one night stay . The amount charged was also incorrect, according to the receipt given to me by the hotel. I attempted to call the Hampton Inn directly and kept getting a message that "no one is available to assist me."
When we checked in yesterday we noticed the person working the desk was apparently at lunch in the breakfast room. When she came up to the desk she was less than polite to us and not at all helpful. We moved on and did find the room to be nice and clean. The entire hotel, to be fair, is nicely kept and is in a convenient location.
This morning when we went to check out there was a sign stating that there was no one available for another hour ( this was at 7am) and I wonder why any hotel would not have a desk clerk to handle check outs. We left our keys with a note indicating room number.
I finally reached a Hilton agent who explained to me that when you use the digital check in ( which I did)that transaction will appear on your credit card. When you check out the charge will appear again and the initial digital charge will disappear. Also the difference in the receipt amount and the posted amount is due to "incidentals". Whether or not this "incidentals" charge will be refunded remains to be seen.

I stayed 1 night. To go to Kitchen Kettle Village. This location is perfect and very close walking distance from the shopping area. Everything was great. I arrived early and at no extra charge I was allowed to check in early.
