Old wore out building. No phone in the room. No coffee pot either. And no coffee at the office.

I stayed here for two nights while visiting the University of Oregon with my daughter. The first night I stayed alone and everything was fine. The second night, around 10:00 p.m., we lost power in our room. We went downstairs, knocked on the office door and windows, rang the doorbell, and repeatedly called the front desk from our room, but no one ever responded. Other guests were also outside their rooms reporting they had lost power.
Without electricity, the room became unbearably hot, and we barely slept. We tried opening the window for air, but it had no screen, so we didn’t feel safe leaving it open.
The next morning, I called the front desk and was told we were the only room without power because our breaker had tripped, and that staff had only not been available from 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. That was simply not true. Even Hotels.com was unable to reach anyone at the motel when they called on our behalf.
I requested a partial refund because our second night was unacceptable, but it was denied. Based on this experience, I would not stay here again.

The lady at the service windo was nice but the facility its self was poor. Our room smelled bad, the floor was very dirty and the motel was super noisy most of the night making it difficult to sleep. :(

Sketch neighborhood. No washcloths. Wi fi worked great. Clean. Microwave and fridge. I would be armed in this part of town.
