Not worth $325 per night

Property has decent rooms. We had a balcony overlooking the pool, but the pool area was so humid and hot you couldn’t sit out on it. Room was spacious and comfortable bed. The restaurant was the slowest ever. Our friends waited over an hour for their food. We had two rum/cokes at the bar waiting for them and they were $15.00 each! Way overpriced for this hotel. With tax and tip it was almost $40. Staff did not seem to know what was going on in this hotel. We opted not to eat breakfast after the disaster the night before. Price paid for one night stay is way overpriced!

Acceptable but could’ve been better…

As a Marriot property, we’d have expected a less challenging stay.
On-site restaurant wasn’t open the hours advertised…without any heads up that there’d be a closure. Inconvenient considering that was one reason we chose to stay here.
And housekeeping? we checked in on Sunday…understood that housekeeping was offered for every other day which meant we’d have the room cleaned and restocked on Tuesday. Didn’t happen.
After being out all day Wednesday and returning to a still not cleaned room I stopped at desk. Staff confirmed the room should’ve been cleaned on Tuesday…and provided me with towels, but no explanation or apology…
Trust me I know how hard it is to get and keep good staff, but also know that a sincere “sorry for the inconvenience” goes a long way.

Stayed here 1 night on a business trip- for $450 a night I expect a hot tub and a bar that has better selections- and that’s as a local Cape Codder. The room is fine- but absolutely nothing special and overlooks a commercialized parking lot. I would never stay here unless I had to- there’s so many better options locally.

The restaurant was closed, our room was dirty, the TV didn't work, and the outdoor pool was closed. It's summer on the Cape and the pool is closed? For the money it was a big rip off. Went a few towns over and got clean room, indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, full breakfast for 1/3 of the price.
Also the parking here doesn't seem safe. You have to park in the back of the building and it's all woods and pitch dark.

Old Roadside Location with New Carpeting, Furniture, and Paint

This location did not meet my expectation for a Sheraton location. When I pulled up to the property, I honestly thought I had the wrong address. It is really just an old road side motel with fresh paint & new fixtures (carpets, furniture, etc).
Please understand that this review is not directed at the hotel management. The hotel staff themselves were friendly and I'm sure that the management has done the best they can with an outdated building.
