Most disgusting place I have stayed at

We stayed 2 nights. The owner loves above the room we were in and has a big dog that ran around all night and barked, we tried to leave after the first night and they refused a refund. The room had black mold on the ceiling and giant water bubbles coming down the wall under the paint. The room smelled of mildew and mold. The pool was dírty and so cloudy. The breakfast was very stale cereal lol and chunky milk. overall horrible experience. The manager was not nice at all and I showed her the pictures of the water bubbles in the room she called me a liar so I walked down with her too show her, she saw and didn't even apologize. 8 do not understand any circumstances recommend this place. ZERO stars..

Southern hospitality and friendliness is something these people never heard of, probably because they're from the Middle East. They like to fight. If you are hoping to check in a little early, forget it. (I literally flashed on the guy saying No soup for you! Maybe that provides you with a mental picture also) The pool was closed, which was half the reason for going.

Breakfast was not the best. Staff was great except for the owner. The owner seemed rude in my dealings with here. The pool hours state from 10am to 9pm but when the owner was working it did not get unlocked till 1 or 2pm unless a guest asked her to unlock it then she made it seem like it was an inconvenience for her. I feel the ower needs to stay away and let her staff handle things. The rest of the staff was great though. Also the sink in my room drained extremely slow and would overflow if you were not paying attention. The shower was great but it also had leaks. The sign out side says remodeled but there is not way it was. The carpet in our room turned our feet black if we went barefoot. Price was decent and the bed was comfy though.

In the summer time, it takes the room a while to cool off when u first get in there. Pool was clean. The room was pretty clean. There was a sock behind the dresser and a bottle cap and a cigarette butt under the table. The house keepers were very nice. And the rest of the staff was nice. It’s hot in the hallway. I wish there was more to do that the pool, cuz it did rain a few days that I was there, and the main reason I went there was for the pool.

The rudeness by the young desk clerk was off-putting. Other than that, it was a pretty good room and the other staff was very friendly.
