Our quick stay was made better because of the nearly instant check-in, fast and efficient valet service, very spacious and comfortable room and friendly customer service!

The Hotel is in a Great Location and offer an array of amenities. We were close enough to navigate to gems in the city by walking. Room wasn't the cleanest but the staff was accommodating and able to fix some issues. Carpet on the floors are kinda outdated,but overall great hotel.

Great location, very clean property. Paid for a king sized bed. Our room was a queen bed. The pool area is a bit run down.

We were very disappointed in our stay at Hyatt Regency Cincinnati. We were told by phone before arrival that we could check in early, there were rooms available. Upon arrival we were told that our room was not ready. The lady at the desk was not friendly and rude! They did find us a room which was not ready at all. The beds had no linens and there were not enough towels for our four people. The room was very small and dirt was visible everywhere. The caulking around the tub was dirty and coming off. The morning after began with false fire alarms, probably no fault of the hotel.
The breakfast, which cost extra, was disappointing also. The hostess was not helpful at all in explaining the process. I was not impressed for the price!

It was a great hotel with great staff, the wait time and loading location was very busy for check in. check out was a breeze.
