Absolutely no smoking (of anything) inside the unit or on building premises. Additionally, local law prohibits smoking within 15 feet of any entrance. If there is evidence of smoking, including odor, there will be a smoke remediation charge. 5.) Lost and Found, We are not responsible for any personal items left behind. 6.) Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. 7.) Lockouts will result in a fee per occurrence. Additionally, lost keys will incur a fee per key. 8.) You will be asked to complete ID verification.
