Convenient location off I25. Freshly remodeled. Front desk staff fantastic. Food and beverage was good. The staff is chaotic and slow.

Not sure what was going on between 3:30AM - 5:00 AM on the 3rd floor above our room but they were blaring music and we kept hearing loud knocking/slamming noises. I am guessing laundry services? We have a newborn and it was so loud none of us could sleep! We also had a "Do Not Disturb" sign hanging outside the door and housekeeping was knocking before check out to clean the room, which we were trying to sleep in since we were up for hours in the middle of the night.

Friendly staff shared all accommodations upon check in. Room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed watching the sunset on the back patio near the pool. We were too late to enjoy breakfast or happy hour, but they did have these options for reasonable prices. One of the best stays I’ve had in Casper.

Filthy pool area
When we checked in the pool capacity is 10, there was at least 25-30 people in the pool. We decided to just wait and swim in the morning. This is one hotel we stayed at with a pool so our child could swim on a family vacation, when we swam in the morning, right at 7:10 we noted that the pool was cold and cloudy. The water seemed to not be filtering the greatest. We hesitated letting our child get in. But she just wanted to swim. We let her go in. Around the pool there were bandaids, used towels, the door had been propped open to the outside, and hair ties/garbage on the floor. There were no towels so I had to go to the front desk and ask for some. She opened up new towels and brought some in. I went up to change because I wasn't going to swim and shortly after within 10 minutes of my child swimming my husband said there was a big white/clearish glob of what was either snot, spit, or other bodily fluid floating toward her in the pool. We left after that, I notified the front desk and was told a manager would contact me. I was never contacted. I called days later and asked for a partial refund since the pool was unusable. She told me that the pool area is cleaned every day before it opens. I said then your standard of clean is significantly different from mine. I would hope used bandaids would be considered dirty to hotel staff, but I guess not. I was told there was nothing she could do but try and give future guests a better expirence. Sunshine was argumentative telling me she'd have to review camera footage and that the pool IS cleaned before opening. Also wondered why the pool was so busy and blew it off to it being a busy weekend with graduation. No excuse. Unexcusable mess, likely made by selfish hotel guests the night before but still. Wish I never let my child into the water and trusted my gut. Highly disappointed with this hotel and actually all Marriotts we attempted to stay at during this trip. Do better.

Approach with caution
Mediocre facility, real issue was pool. We went to the pool at 7:30 am, according to the management it had been cleaned and filtered overnight. Area around the pool had used towels and misc. personal items- used band aids, hair items and spilled food, the pool itself was not crystal clear but the child had been promised a swim so she and her dad went in exited very quickly when there was a gob of hopefully just mucous floating in there. When this was brought to the attention of the front desk there was no gee sorry for your experience, bodily fluids floating in our pool is no big deal.
