Feeling pampered at these peaceful cabins in the forest.

We chose this cabin just outside the National forest to celebrate our 61st anniversary. We felt pampered by all the amenities and enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. Specially the beautiful gas fire pit that was perfect to sit by with wine in the evening and coffee in the morning. The owners thought of everything one would need to have an enjoyable stay - s’more kit, lots of coffee and creamers, snacks, games,soaps and lotions and much more. These cabins are awesome.

Top notch and great attention to detail!

We had an awesome time staying at the stargazer cabin for my wife’s 20 year school reunion. The communication and help ahead of time was , but the real amazement was with the cabin itself. The attention to detail on all the amenities, decoration, layout, and privacy that we had was spectacular. I have stayed at many different places for work and pleasure, and this is by far in the top three.
The property offers other activities, such as cornhole, disc golf, barbecue, etc. It’s a 30 second drive to Backwoods pub or just a four minute walk.
If you are looking for something in the outdoors, but with all the comfort of a luxury stay, this is for you. Highly recommend!

Luxury in Nature. Amazing Place to Stay!

We cannot say enough good things about this place! It is in such a beautiful location, pristine cabins filled with all the comfort you need. The nicely stocked kitchen is wonderful, the king size be super comfortable, the fireplace keeps you nice and toasty, the outside fire ring is wonderful to sit around and roast some smores. Don't worry about bringing smore fixings, they provide them for you along with a lot of other tasty snacks. The covered deck with rocking chairs is so relaxing to sip on a cup of coffee (that they provide) in the morning. When I told them we were staying for my birthday, they went way and above leaving tasty chocolates and a beautiful card with a handwritten message. Made for such a great birthday visit! Can't wait to go back!

Quiet escape in well cared for cabins

To be honest I was suspicious that I could not find a single review of this place below 5 stars. How could that be? But when I arrived, I could understand why. The cabin was immaculate upon arrival. Like, I could not find a speck of dust if I wanted. The bed is so comfy, everything is just so cute and thought out and cared for. You can tell the owners really care about your stay. The porch and chairs are cute. I didn't use the firepit but that area is also so nice. Solar lights surround the landscape and it's really pretty at night. It was very quiet my entire stay. The wifi signal wasn't great, that would probably be the only thing that I could possibly complain about, but it was fine in the end. The fireplace was so cozy too. I can't wait to come back!

Another wonderful and relaxing stay

We just returned from our second stay here and are already looking forward to our next visit. We were again impressed with the design, comfort, and amenities of the cabins and the peaceful atmosphere created by the very thoughtful layout of the cabin grouping. With so much to do and see nearby in the Columbia Gorge and such comfortable lodging (not to mention the brewpub right down the street), this is a perfect occasional getaway from the city. We'll be back soon!
