Staff at the hotel are friendly, helpful and attentive. Probably the best hotel staff i have had the pleasure of meeting in nearly 20 years of business travel, especially the reception team in the evening.

There was no housekeeping on the weekend. For fresh towels, my sister had to call the desk.
The jacuzzi/hot tub was a good temperature but it didn't work beyond simple circulation of water.
The indoor pool was a good size and temperature.

Nice cafe, very friendly staff. Noisy aircon and refrigerator. No shower in the pool made it impractical to combine a workout with a dip in the pool.

AC was dripping. My kid had his luggage underneath it, not knowing, and everything he had in his bag got wet. Both, shower and sink, were backed up. Ceiling was wet, probably from AC issue. The property looks tired and needs work.
