2.5, Inconsistent

I stayed during an EAA crunch. Prices had spiked. Many properties were already booked. Fine for me as a solo traveler. Not sure I'd feel good about my spouse or kids staying there with me. The location is convenient but rather industrial & bleak. Check in was awkward & long. My room was recently renovated & clean. My room was quiet. The breakfast was good. I would have given it 3 stars but the friend traveling with me was checked into a dirty room and chose not to stay, which affected the overall experience greatly.

Do not stay here. Horrible

Horrible place to stay. Charged us twice. Check in person was very rude to guests. Rooms not very clean. Could not figure out our reservation. Staff not very helpful.

Dirty, grimy, unwelcoming, unsavory.

Although this hotel is value-priced, I still do not believe that the dirty conditions were worth the rate. Rooms and bedding were dirty. Linens had cigarette burns and stains in them. Corridors smell like marijuana and indian food. The parking lot is full of drug dealers, homeless people, and other unsavory types. I found a sharp knife just laying in the parking lot. Service was meh. The lobby was just kind of very oddly decorated and had a TV blasting loudly. Breakfast was horrendous and disgusting. I stayed just one night and was fine, but did not generally feel comfortable. I would definitely have canceled the rest of my reservation if I had booked more than one night.
