Wonderful hotel

We visit the Thurlestone Hotel regularly; it was our wedding anniversary so we didn't hesitate to revisit the hotel.

Once again a lovely stay. However if you want a bit more peace suggest not visiting in school holidays.

Quintessential English Hotel

Quintessential English Hotel!, A little tired in areas, but oozes character. We had a balcony room, fantastic views, and plenty of space.
Pool area very good, very peaceful whilst there. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, with single track road taking you to and from the hotel. Many walks available if that's your thing, we simply sat around pool all day and ventured out in evenings to nice little coves and towns.
The hotel met all our expectations, and in particular the staff were all so nice and friendly, there is absolutely no formality in this hotel except for evening meal time.
We would highly recommend!

A very pleasant week in Devon.

My wife and I stayed at the Thurlstone Hotel for a week and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The staff were all very pleasant and went out of their way to be helpful. The restaurant is excellent. Highly recommended.
