Lovely quiet hotel perfect for a romantic break

Stayed for a couple of nights in August to celebrate our wedding anniversary.
The room was lovely - it was described as one of their smaller rooms but was a lovely size, beautifully decorated with a powerful shower. Don’t do a me and forget to ask for the duck down to be changed if allergic - even this wasn’t an issue- all bedding was changed and the room reset (bonus)
The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel despite being fully booked felt quiet and intimate which was exactly what we were after.
We didn’t eat at the hotel (fussy husband) but the food at breakfast when we were checking out looked and smelled delicious. We did use the pool which was cool and refreshing. The other areas of the hotel were also lovely. A bonus pool table, lots of places to sit and relax and a large garden and sun deck.
The location was also great just on the outskirts of st Austell close to the Eden Project.
Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable

Amazing stay

We have just got back from a two night stay at Boscundle Manor and WOW we will definitely be back.
The staff were so friendly and attentive. The rooms were spacious, clean and decorated beautifully.
The food was absolutely amazing, we had both breakfast and dinner there and could not fault it at all. Delicious.
The location is great for The Eden Project too.
If you’re in the area this place is a must stay.

Perfect hotel and location for visiting the Eden project !

I thoroughly recommend this hotel which lived up to my expectations.
My husband and I chose it for the location as we were attending the Eden sessions at the nearby Eden project which it is perfect for.
From the moment we arrived to a warm welcome from Jason he seemed to anticipate our every need without being intrusive . He was also a fountain of local knowledge.
We enjoyed the delicious breakfasts with high quality ingredients cooked to perfection.
We enjoyed using the swimming pool and relaxing in the peaceful grounds .
I hope to return !

Absolute gem of a hotel

This is one of those hotels that you want to go back to again and again. It is a lovely old manor house in a beautiful garden. The rooms are immaculately clean with extremely comfortable beds, decent pillows (hate a lumpy foam pillow) and blissfully cool in the heat of summer. Our modern bathroom had a gorgeous overhead shower with constant hot water and a decent head of pressure. The breakfasts were varied with something to suit all tastes and appetites and used good quality locally sourced food. The staff were all extremely pleasant and seemed a cheerful team. Jason the manager was extremely helpful in suggesting local places of interest and things to do. The pool was lovely as was the massage in the spa by Emma. The Wi Fi could be temperamental but it worked well in the downstairs lounge and to be honest that's par for the course in that part of Cornwall.
