Hidden gem

From the minute we walked through the door we were made to feel welcome by both Mary & her husband Jim, they were exceptional hosts. Browns is absolutely stunning, cleanliness was spot on, facilities were amazing, beds were super comfy & the hosts couldn't do enough to make you feel welcome, comfortable & as though you were in a home away from home. The pool & hot tub area is gorgeous & so relaxing, the towels & robes provided was a nice touch, everything you need. We would definitely recommend browns to anyone who was looking for a chilled, relaxing weekend & no question, we'll be booking for another stay!!

Great escape.

This was the best overnight stay ever! Pool and jacuzzi was lovely and warm it was so relaxing. Rooms were super clean and bed was extreemly comfortable. We had booked for the 1 night and wished we had longer, Just to make use of all the facilities. Run by a really friendly couple that were very welcoming who made us feel at home straight away. Definitely will book again for 2 nights. An amazing place to be, Perfect place to clear your head.

Wonderful

Decorated to an extremely high standard with lovely furnishings it is like a show house only better, not just a light but mood lighting, not just towels but lots of them. Rooms are very large and so is the bathroom, great pool and jacuzzi with a sauna for an extra charge, well worth it you could get 12 in the sauna which has its own en-suite shower room, just great. A kitchen is available with a stocked fridge and continental breakfast options. Plenty of parking on site.

Super relaxing weekend

3 of us stayed there for a couple nights at the start of September, Mary was the loveliest person and an amazing host!! Treated us to some amazing banana and Belgian cakes one night and always had time for a chat which made us feel extremely welcome in her home!!
Although it’s a 3 hour journey for us, we’re already planning to come back up with a bigger group!
