Access Euston is 200 metres from Euston Tube and a 5-minute walk from Regents Park. Stylishly furnished, the apartments have bathrooms, fully equipped kitchens, and lounges with LCD TVs and Wi-Fi.

AVOID AVOID AVOID
I’d give less stars but I can’t. A dreadful service. Terrible apartment. The carbon monoxide detector AND smoke alarm were covered in cling film rendering them useless. The wardrobe had a shattered mirror in it. We booked and paid for a 3 room apartment but only got a 2 room with no sofa bed as advertised and to top off a sham of a letting we weren’t sent the address and had to use a 3rd party website and google maps to find our apartment. Absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT USE!!!

Do not go here unless you REALLY need to stay on a budget!
Our group of four 'over-50' Canadian adults was on an boys' trip adventure to London without our wives. One member of the group had booked this accommodation without checking for a review. It was booked pretty much solely on the price and proximity to Euston Station. Big mistake.
Downside:
- they required a non-refundable deposit in advance. This locked us into our friend's poorly uninformed choice,
- the off-site check-in process is an irritating pain and delay, particularly after a transatlantic flight,
- there is no housekeeping for the room,
- there are no hotel staff members at the facility,
- there is no phone in the room,
- the elevators didn't work all the time,
- the style and comfort of the beds reminded me of the most basic barracks accommodation I had while I was in the army,
- the furniture was much like a very modestly furnished college dorm common area. This should not be construed as any kind of compliment.
- in one of the bathrooms (mine) there were small white bugs infesting the sink and walls.
- at checkout we had to tidy up the room, sweep the floors and fold up the laundry on departure, or face an additional charge.
Upside:
- for a group travelling together, the common area room is convenient, but not well-appointed.
- we had three bedrooms for the four of us, so that was okay, but it is like an 1980's Canadian military barracks (and that may be too high a compliment to pay here).
- it did have a kitchen and laundry set-up, but for a Canadian traveller the combination washer/dryer was a mystery to sort out. It took an extremely long time to dry my clothes.
- it is a five-minute walk to Euston Station
- there is a GREAT pub across the street (the Crown & Anchor)
- there are many restaurants and stores very close by (Speedy's is less than 100 m up the street)
Summary:
If you are a bunch of young folks travelling on a tight budget, this might be an acceptable choice to find a cheap flop, share the costs and give you more fun money in the evenings in London. However, if you can afford it, do yourself a favour and find a real hotel.

noisy
Our apartment was spacious,clean and in a perfect location but the noise from the underground is something that would stop me booking them again.I have noticed before also people complaining of the VERY squeaky bed which you would think for a maintainance man would be an easy job but its still the same.The trip in a taxi at 25 pounds to book in across London would also put me off booking again.Its a shame as with a bit of care it could be great.

Close to Euston Rail Station
This is a guesthouse. Which means there are no services at all. No reception or anyone to tell you where your apartment is. You do check in from another far away hotel and gives you the apartment key. Once done your stay, you leave the keys inside and leave the apartment.
The Apt in gen is okay for budget ppl. It has 2 single bed in ea room with wheels to make it easy to join both beds together n make it one double bed. The bed is clean and comfort. Kitchen has all essential equips. Bath room does not have any essential amenities so have to bring your own. Smell of the room is a lil bit odor due to old carpet i guess. It goes by ventilation.
The area is very good as it locates near to 3 underground stations (max 5 min walking). Plus near to Euston Rail Station if you need (max 5 min walking). The area around also has a 24/7 mini market, couple of Indian cuisines, a barber etc. If you want fast food and restaurants, you may go to the Euston Rail Station and has many. I stayed 5 nights as a family of 4. We enjoyed it as the location is superb.
(Note : There is NO daily cleaning as i said its a guesthouse. but they do every 6 days.)

AWFUL experience!! AVOID!
So I took the trip out to Earl's Court to pick up the keys only to find out that they were trying to send me to a completely different apartment. They had completely changed my booking without letting me know. They hadn't even told reception - it was only by chance that the woman at the reception desk noticed the different addresses and called them to ask about it. They were now trying to send me to accommodation 20 min by public transport away from the original apartment which I had booked.
I had an exam in the morning and I needed to be close to the venue so the other accommodation wasn't suitable. I was told there was nothing they could do about it and I could either have a discount on the alternative property (which given its location, I would assume was a lot cheaper anyway) or a refund. I took the refund.
When I asked for help getting back into central London, I was told that the "free shuttle" was only for customers and I couldn't use it now that I wasn't a guest.
I found the staff at Access rude, unhelpful and generally incompetent. There was a complete lack of empathy and customer service skills. The concept of an emergency number was a lost on them - the guy just kept asking why we were calling him, he was just the emergency line and couldn't do anything about anything.
There were no sincere apologies or offers to compensate for the fact that I had wasted 2 hours of my time and money going back and forth to Earl's Court, only to end up stuck trying to find last minute accommodation in central London.
Thankfully, hotels.com were helpful and sorted me out with an alternative hotel. I would add that the Best Western staff (where you pick up the keys) were also very nice and even tried to persuade their Access colleagues to be more reasonable.
I wouldn't go near any Access accommodation ever again!
