Great place. Great host!

Fantastic B & B in very convenient location. Very close to city diamond. Place was absolutely spotless! Not a spec of dust to be found. Smelled so clean too. Thought of all the details. Coffee tea milk and kettle in room. Breakfast made to order , whatever you want. Great value for money. Host was so attentive and friendly. Made recommendations for supper and pubs.

Nothing to fault! Hidden gem!

Perfect stay, perfect location! Warm welcome from Jim and immaculately kept with nothing to fault. Clean, tidy and bed so comfortable & Jim taking care of an amazing breakfast and highly recommended!

Disaster in Derry.

This experience was dreadful. We didn’t even end up staying there. The owner was not there to meet us at the agreed time, despite repeatedly asking what time we planned to arrive during the day. He spoke via a front door intercom and was very sarcastic when we explained there was nowhere to park. He sent someone else who told us we could try to park somewhere up around another street.

A great find close to the centre of Derry city

Thanks to a cancellation, we were given a larger family room which was greatly appreciated! On arrival we were greeted by Jim who provided lots of very helpful information about how to get into town and where to go for food and drink.
Room was clean and the bed was comfortable and the only negative was the compact and bijou shower room but given the constraint of this space it was probably the best that could be expected.
Breakfast was fantastic and again we were given very helpful information about other parts of Ireland that were on our itinerary.
Parking is on a busy street, but it does quieten down at night and we were parked right outside the door.
For the money you’ll be hard placed to find a better place with more helpful owners!
Very highly recommended.

Walking distance to all the Derry sights

Welcoming owner Jim is a fountain of knowledge. We were able to check in early, street parking in front a bit busy, but cleared out at night. We didn’t need our car and could walk to the City Walls and Free Derry corner. Jim was personable and provided so much information, about the history and places to go. Rooms were compact but quite clean and comfortable.
