From check-in to check-out, everything exceeded my expectations. The team were consistently friendly, efficient, and genuinely welcoming, making the whole stay effortless and enjoyable.
The hotel was immaculate, the room was spacious and comfortable, and it was clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining high standards throughout the property. Every member of staff I spoke to was approachable and eager to help, creating the kind of atmosphere that makes you want to return.
It’s easy to see why this hotel has such a good reputation. Great service, comfortable accommodation, and a team that clearly takes pride in what they do. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and will certainly recommend Hilton Northampton to anyone visiting the area.

A genuinely excellent stay from beginning to end.
What stood out most wasn’t just the comfortable rooms or the great facilities—it was the outstanding service from every member of the team. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and always happy to help, creating a relaxed and friendly atmosphere throughout my stay.
The hotel was spotless, the room was quiet and comfortable, and every interaction with the staff made me feel like a valued guest. It’s clear that customer service is something the whole team takes pride in, and it really makes a difference.

Exceptional hospitality from start to finish.
I’ve stayed in many hotels over the years, but what really sets Hilton Northampton apart is the people. Every member of staff I encountered was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about making guests feel at home.
A special mention has to go to Nisha, who was absolutely fantastic. She consistently greeted everyone with a smile, was incredibly helpful, and her professionalism and kindness made a lasting impression. It’s employees like Nisha who turn a good stay into a great one.
The whole team deserves recognition for creating such a positive atmosphere. The hotel was spotless, the room was comfortable, and everything ran smoothly throughout my stay.
Thank you to Nisha and the entire Hilton Northampton team for your outstanding service. I’ll definitely be returning and will be recommending this hotel to friends, family, and colleagues.
