The Kings Head Hotel requires full pre payment of the total amount of your stay upon check in. Any damage to the hotel bedrooms or public areas will be charged accordingly no more than 30 days from the date of departure. If any damage means the room must be taken off sale, the hotel reserves the right to charge a full night's stay in addition to the cost of damage. The hotel reserves the right to charge the full amount for reinstatement of items found to have gone missing or to have been broken or damaged. This will also apply to any guest smoking in the hotel, for which a non-negotiable charge of £300.00 will be made. Due to the layout of the hotel, some bedrooms are not accessible by lift and do involve stairs. Please let us know in advance if you require an accessible room, or assistance with your luggage.
