One of the best

We stayed at The Cliffs Hotel Blackpool once again and we were not disappointed. What wonderful staff , including, Chloe in the restaurant, Joanne in the bar and not to forget Nevilina from the restaurant who has been there years as well as the manager. It's like going home. The food is out of this world ( never had a bad meal yet). All the staff as well as those mentioned are so friendly and polite. The only problem l had this time was, the bathroom was meant for tall people, my husband had to put the towels up for me . Well done all of you, keep it up ❤️

Ok, if you get a cheap price and avoid when too many kids there

Good quality food
Comfortable bed
Good location
• Room was quite small
Room quite dated, hotel is in need of a refurbishment
Stains on wall
Limited parking
Unable to see out of window
Mess all over the carpets in the hotel
No sweet options at breakfast like pan cakes
Tv in bedroom is so tiny and hard to watch it, kept getting woken up by noise made by other guests above my bedroom at 2 am and 4 am causing poor quality sleep .

I have been going to this hotel for quite a few years now but this time there were a few issues with our room. Firstly the bathroom door handle was hanging off and very sharp in parts. We did not want to lock it in case we got stuck in. Secondly the bathrooms seemed to have a lot of flies / mosquitos. I have not experienced this here before but thought was worth mentioning

Holiday at cliff hotel

We can't fault anything about this hotel. The staff were exceptionall very friendly and accommodating the food was above expectation. The room was very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend
