Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please book any spa treatments in advance. Kindly note that the restaurant is not open everyday. Please contact the property for more information. Please note each 'One-Bedroom House' are rustic rooms so please look at the photos of these rooms for reference. They are specifically for a no-frills getaway and are not the same as the rest of the accommodation. Guests booking our 16 sleeper barns (Wagon Shed or Milking Parlour) are required to pay a 20% non refundable deposit upon booking. Guests booking 4 or more rooms are also required to pay a 20% deposit, refundable up to 90 days before date of arrival. All-male groups above 6 will not be accepted without prior arrangement. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse entry to the accommodation if above criteria has not been adhered too.
