Boorish administrator

Boorish behavior and attitude of the administrator Yuri Belozer.
Created a scandal. He spoke in an unacceptable tone. He threatened to evict me and call a squad to take me out of the hostel, and that’s why they took a soft mat out of the room into the common corridor of the hostel. I didn’t want to find any compromise. I was left with the most unpleasant feeling after such treatment and service by the hostel administrator.

Дякуємо за відгук! Ви взяли матрац з номера, на якому відпочивають люди, і поклали його на підлогу в коридорі, де ходять у взутті. Після вас нам довелося відправити матрац у хімчистку, оскільки після підлоги люди не можуть там відпочивати. Ви зробили це без дозволу і не реагували на зауваження адміністратора, продовжуючи робити все, що вам заманеться. Керівництво і персонал стараються, щоб всім було комфортно перебувати в хостелі. Персонал повинен реагувати на неприйнятну поведінку гостей, оскільки є правила проживання, і вони однакові для всіх. Бажаємо вам на майбутнє цінити гарні заклади, в яких ви перебуваєте, і відноситися з повагою до праці інших!! Бережіть себе і Україну!!!

In the pursuit of excellence some customers are no longer in focus

The property is a good choice - clean, cozy, nice amenities. Even that sometimes you'd like to have more bathrooms available. Morning hours are busy, there are two bathrooms&toilets on the first floor.
Bunk bed is OK, mattress and sheets are nice and clean. Although some extra space/shelf next to your pillow/head would be nice to add. Keep the phone charging, and other small belongings there. Comfy chill-out, relaxed work zone next to the reception and Wi-Fi worked well.
I'd sought that I booked a stay in a smaller room with fewer beds, than I actually stayed at. After i posted review about that difference in the expectations, the property reacted quickly. I turned out to be my mistake. Which I admitted and corrected my original post, giving them good feedback. Next month I wanted to check-in there again, and learned that the property won't accept me any more. Although denied to comment reasons. Even that I had a chat with the same person who followed up my earlier review.
To me this is a sign that the quality image the property would like to show, may not focus on customers any more. They cannot deal with the negative feedback, and different clients. Only keep the "positive" ones in.

Щодо розміщення: різниця між проживанням 6 осіб і 4 особи є (чим більше людей у кімнаті, тим дешевше, кімната на 4 особи просторіша). Гарного вам дня та чудового настрою!
