TERRIBLE!

I do not recommend it! During the check-in, they said that we were being transferred to another hotel with worse conditions. Without warning or explanation. According to the staff, this is not the first time and the hotel is clearly engaging in fraud m. After complaining to Booking.com, Rose d'Opera Hotel simply canceled my reservation. Photos do not correspond to reality!

This is a box without windows - don't go there

I have booked a room with the window and private bathroom. Instead, they have put me in the basement without windows, the air conditioning is so low so it is hard to breath. Little box in the basement, that's it. Definitely is not worthy for such price. I will never come back here. I complained to the administrator that the pictures of the room were different and there is no windows. They denied to place me in a different room. Terrible.

Без спросу переселили в другой отель. Номер в подвале, окна если и есть то выходят на стену. Нигде не было указанно, поэтому мы попросили переселить нас в тот отель за который заплатили. Сказали что там нет мест, хотя на момент бронирования места были.
Стоит (без шуток) В 2 РАЗА ДОРОЖЕ чем хороший 4-х звездочный отель в Маями. И на ~5 долларов дешевле чем в Лос Анджелесе в 4-х звездочном.
Ездил за 1 год в Одессу и штаты, цены актуальные.
Очень не рекомендую, комнаты не соответствуют фото Деньги отказываются возвращать даже часть. А когда я пожаловался они указали на booking.com что мы не пришли к ним вообще, что бы с букингом не было проблем.
