Bad choice

I stay to this hotel for 5 nights. Is far away from the central and the pictures are lie. The picture of the pool is from another hotel. Also there is a club foul of "Ladies" and if you go there probably you lost a lot of money. Also the room doesn't cleaning every day. Dont stay there find another hotel.

Loud, overpriced and highway robbery in the club

The hotel is loud because of the club... so I thought I would go to the club.
No matter what you order in the club, they add "extra charges" that they say are "standard".
A plate of fruit, will automatically had caviar added at a cost of 7,000uha or more, that's $280 extra that has nothing to do with the fruits and suddenly arrives at your table - and they refused to cancel the order.
Avoid at all costs.

Don't expect much from the hotel

The hotel isn't a bad option if you are there for a couple nights and aren't too demanding. In all other cases you better not stay there. there is a night club downstairs, so it will definitely be loud and hard to sleep, especially over the weekend.
Breakfast is included in price, but reality is you can only order for 70 UAH, the rest is charged extra. Truth is, for 70 UAH you can eat an omelette, a porridge and an espresso or pancakes, eggs and a coffee and even have some left, but still that feels weird to have breakfast included in your room and then find out that there are nuances.
Room service is minimal, so don't expect much.

Horrible experience!

The hotel has the night club without any sound insulation with rooms just above it. So sleepless night is guaranteed not only because of loud music but even from vibration from the speakers. Breakfast included means up 70 UAH. Anything above you have to pay extra in the restaurant, it can't be even charged to your room. They can't calm down noisy guests, making noise even after midnight, saying just sorry, but they are complicated people. Never again!

WTF! Never EVER stay here!

This is not a 5 star hotel as the website claims. Never stay here.
The check in process was extremely slow and unfriendly.
The room had no air conditioning.
The shower did not drain, so I was standing in my own dirty water.
I could not sleep in the room because of the music of the night club immediately underneath my room. I even used my 400 euro pair of Bose headphones and could still heart (and feel) the music bumping in my room. I got absolutely no sleep.
The breakfast has a 2.30 euro (70 UAH) limit. Anything above this is charged. For both of my breakfasts, I was 1 UAH over the limit, but was charged more than 40 UAH for what ever reason I do not know. When I paid the amount, I was given 100 UAH short change.
Other guests were talking and yelling in the hallway until 2AM. I called the reception, but no action was taken.
I demanded a refund for the room because I was forced to sleep in an environment that it is impossible to sleep in. I was only offered a 20% discount on my next stay. Of course, there will be no next stay. I would never willingly subject myself to that suffering again, let alone pay for it.
I asked for the phone number of the manager/director to explain these issues, but the lady at reception refused to provide access (personal or phone) to any supervisor.
Do yourself a favor, do not stay here!
