Great apartments and fantastic service

I travel a lot! And I mean all the time.
More than 180 days per year and 94 countries so fare.
Bon Apart provides excellent studio apartments in a calm location of Arcadia Odessa Ukraine.
Top notch apartments with kitchen tools and your own washing machine.
Service is excellent, particular since your in former Soviet, not known for its service level.
Particular a girl called Senia (Xenia or Kenia) helped us with all sort of small things with a blast and a smile.
The only downside would be the building it self. Looks from the exterior, quite 80s, but once your on then 2:nd floor and by the reception, it all feels great.

Fantastic place to stay in Arcadia. I'll be staying again for sure.

Everything was excellent! Location to Arcadia and beach on foot, nearby supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Staff were really friendly and helpful and the room was fantastic. Large, modern, comfortable and quiet.

Affordable price in the center of resort area

Located at walking distance from arcadia resort complex become the main reason for us to choose where to stay during our visit in odessa. The apartments are big, clean, modern and the kitchen we like it so much.

The price is not equivalent with the service

We were there on last August's days, spent great time and have some notice below.
Good: 5 minutes to the Arkadia beach by walking, 2 minutes to the shopping mall, easy to get public transport, room is clean, full amenities, nice, staffs are beauty and friendly
Bad: Radiator in the bathroom is not working, the TV either (changed the new TV for me, big thanks,), not to much offer for foods (we had to buy food in the supermarket and bring to the room or eat outdoor), we could hear everything from another room,
overprice.We stay there for 2,5 days with almost 200$ just for sleep.
Overall: Nice hotel but it could be better if you change the price more accord

Dissapointed

I've stayed here for 1 day, at remained a little disappointed.
The apartments were good, the bed was comfy, very good... However, there was an issue with the shower, the pipes must have been blocked. 4 out of 5 for the room.
Speaking of service, the host who was on duty during our check-in and the one who was during the checkout were friendly, the one who had evening shift - NO. When we sat in the resting area, we wanted to use the kettle, and it resulted in her coming and telling to us not to touch anything, and the all of these are NOT free of charge (there is a kettle in each of rooms by the way).
Moreover, the rooms do not include tooth-brush, tooth-paste or bathrobe (all of these you can buy from them, except tooth paste). You need to pay for parking as well (which has tripled its price since last year). 3 for service.
To sum up, the experience we have got is an average one.
