Отель ( ALICE PLACE )просто супер

В отеле мне понравилось все !Комфортно ,изысканно,персонал вежливый и всегда вам поможет,на ресепшене улыбаются и если не знаете как пройти вас отведут и все покажут!В номере чистота и уют !Хочется вернуться !Теперь если буду снимать номер в Одессе то только в этом отеле !

Terrible hotel

They steal my money. Promised to do something, but did nothing. They was lying all the time. All the night was very loud music. Also did nothing with it. Disgusting people working in this hotel. Avoid this place

Very very very noisy

Never again, the is a restaurant in the hotel, plays live music which you can here it loudly in your room, i couldn’t sleep till the morning, I never recommend anyone to book, because you can’t sleep, I called the reception many time they told you that it will play till 3:00, what a joke

Worst hotel ever!!!

Настолько ужасного отеля я в жизни не встречала. От музыки в номере дрожали стены и даже кровать. Через два часа после заселения я выселилась. Мне НЕ вернули деньги, меня обманули, что рассмотрят ситуацию и хоть что-то сделают. Как результат испорчен вечер и пришлось ночью искать новый отель.
Это место не заслуживает даже одной звезды

Кровать дрожит от шума!

Если вы хотите отдохнуть и выспаться, то этот отель категорически для этого НЕ подходит.
В здании отеля расположен клуб, который шумит так, что в номере дрожат окна и мебель. А вибрации от басов ощущаются на кровати. Никакие беруши или подушки на голове вам не помогут.
Администрация отеля отказалась принимать меры в обеспечении элементарного комфорта, который является обязательным для отельного бизнеса. Нам порекомендовали потерпеть до трёх ночи.
В час ночи с больной головой нам пришлось покинуть отель и искать другое место для отдыха и сна.
