Супер вкусная кухня в колыбе
В самой гостинице мы не жили так как не было свободных номеров уже за месяц, и это о многом говорит, но расположение прекрасное рядом подъёмник Политехник, магазины. Побывали в колыбе при отеле, там очень вкусно готовят, просто все что не закажешь. Очень рекомендую, повар просто молодец

Worst Service ever!
At first, please keep in mind that this revenue is just for the restaurant "Kolyba" and not for the hotel.
We was here a couple of days ago to have lunch. We was together with four people and we decided to sit outside as weather was nice.
I will not write so much because the restaurant is not worth to write so much.
We ordered for different lunches:
My one (without the fries I ordered together with my main course) comes first, after 10 minutes. I ordered chicken which was OK but just a small portion.
15 minutes later the salad of my wife was arriving. Salad also was really small.
Five minutes later my Fries arrives which I ordered with my main course which I finished 20 minutes ago:-(
Another 15 minutes later the course of our daughter arrives. It was potao pancakes which was tasty and also enough from the size.
When this course arrives we asked the waiter if she maybe forgot the last person. She said no, it will come in a minute.
It takes nearly another 15 minutes, for sure every one else was ready.
No word from the waiter or no excuse, and yes we speak Ukraine fluent.
We asked for the blue, this takes another 5 to 10 minutes and leave totally disappointed.
For sure we know that the food is not coming at the same time for all persons as we are in the Ukraine but this was definitely too much time waiting for the food.
Quality of the food was OK but not more, the portions was small compared with other restaurants around the corner. The price for sure was cheap but any restaurant in that area is cheap.
We definitely will not come back and from our side we can recommend the "Maxim" which offers much better service and bigger portions and is just two minutes away (near a bank)
I write this review in English as I'm thinking that there will be more persons reading English instead of German, and I want to tell the tourists and not the ukraine locals.

Thank u for finding a time and wrote down your comment, it's always healthy to know you + and -! It's really peaty that u feel unhappy after visiting our restaurant!( I'm not looking for excuses in our service, because the waitresses are all new one, and they are only teaching, and they could gave u a bad service but not on purpose! If only u could ask for administration, we would definitely decide all your problems.
The second problem about portion of food. If portion 250 gr of salad, 250-300 gr of meat and 250 gr of garnish is small, than almost all restaurants in Ukraine serves in the same way.
And about taste of food, all people have different preferences and taste. We are very sorry that u don't like it, but mostly of our guests like it and writing down good comments and thanking letters.

Вкусно и неплохо по цене
Хорошее, уютное место. Борщ 70 грн, пельмени 95 грн, пиво от 30 грн. Внутри шкуры животных, в центре большой мангал. Очень неплохо.
Мы заказывали борщ, к нему шли вкусные гренки с намазкой из сала, даже дети поели — вкусно.

Хотелось теплоты и гостеприимности со стороны принимающего персонала
Душа отеля потеряна, вроде бы и неплохо, но есть грехи.
Начну с минусов. Запах в ванной комнате ужасный, но как объяснили местные жители это сероводород)??? Вода чистая, но с запахом железа. Вытяжки необходимо почистить и хорошенько вымыть полы в ванной комнате. Сантехника в нормальном состоянии, только странно струйками работает кран в умывальнике.
Тепло! Пахнёт деревом, если не открывать дверь в ванную) Постельное и полотенца чистые, белые. В номере есть халат, тапочки и чайник, ура!!!, ЧАЙНИК!!есть холодильник. Ротанговая мебель.стаканы, ну ладно)
Колыба: завтраки скудные, однообразные. Яичница, каша гречневая или овсяная, 2 налистника с джемом или мёдом, чай или кофе, иногда предлагают хлеб.
Хорошее расположение для катания если вы новичек, магазин, заправка.
Если «вложить душу» в этот отель, он хоть и старенький, но можно сделать из него радушный, живой и функционирующий отель куда захочется вернутся. Очень надеюсь на то что так и будет)

Ресторан при отеле
Отдыхали напротив этого отеля, так что периодически заходили сюда поесть (в основном на ужин).
Мы были только в начале покатушного сезона, так что людей было мало. Официантка не совсем компетентная, но милая.
В центре колыбы стоит мангал - очень уютно.
По заказу - рекомендую попробовать деруны "гуцульські". Порция - огроменная! И сама наелась и мужа накормила))) И да, это действительно очень вкусно!
В целом, заведение вполне заслуживает на твердую 4.
