Perfect location and service

We took a room to stay overnight here. Hotel is newly renovated. The rooms are super comfortable, clean, warm, high-ceilinged and spacious, all necessary amenities are included. Room service includes in-room breakfast, also. Outdoor free parking is available.

Great base for visiting the Tunnel of Love

This was the best hotel we stayed in during our week in Ukraine, which isn't to say that there aren't better ones, but this one is certainly good. It's quite modern, the room was huge, with a very nice and clean ensuite bathroom. Huge flat screen TV if you're bored. Wifi was very good. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful and spoke English perfectly. We had travelled mostly to see the Love Tunnel in Klevan and the woman on the front desk knew exactly where we needed to go to take a bus, which bus to get, etc. She gave us a map and wrote the names down in Ukrainian for us. Very helpful indeed.
The location is a bit of a walk from the train station, about 10 minutes straight down the main road that leads up to it. The hotel is on the side of a new shopping centre/entertainment complex. The room was perfectly quiet though, no noise from the disco downstairs. Breakfast is in a room next to the disco, so you have to select the night before which breakfast you want and then the staff walk you to the room in the morning.
The old town of Lutsk is a bit further away, around a 20 minute walk. You can also take a bus to either there or the train station from outside the hotel.

Очень кратко, но по сути.
1) месторасположение отлично
2) парковка отлично
3) завтрак скудный
4) шумоизоляция полный ноль. Отдохнуть с дороги не получится до глубокой ночи. На третьем этаже Вам в бонус боулинг, беспрерывно Вы будите получать порцию шаров по потолку. Заснуть к 00:00(двенадцати) не рассчитывайте не получится. Полный отстой из-за шумоизоляции.

Красиво и чисто, но шумно.

Расположение: не самый центр, но очень близко. Мы пешком доходили до Старого города за минут 10. Так что тут 100% плюс.
Номера: красивые, стильные, у нас был с видом на площадь. В номере чисто. Постельное и полотенца - белоснежные. Ванна - убрана.
Персонал: обе девочки на ресепшине милые, приветливые и улыбчивые.
И в целом все было бы ок, но есть 2 очень существенных минуса:
1. Шум. В номере реально очень шумно. Грохот такой будто шар для боулинга катали прям над нами. Заснуть было очень тяжело. И если мы с мужем поняв что все равн оне сможем уснуть пораньше решили просто гулять допоздна, то семьям с детьми этот отель не подойдет 100%!
Нам даже один раз по ошибке позвонил другой постоялец с жалобами на шум (ошибся номером)))
2. Дико не вкусные завтраки. Вот прям от слова "совсем" . Единственное что можно есть - это яичница с колбасками (это ел муж). Я предпочитаю что-то менее питательное (калорийное) и это была моя ошибка.
Омлет был полит какой-то зеленой штукой, которая по вкусу похожа на фреш из зеленого лука (не самый удачный вариант как для завтрака)) А фрукты в запеканке такое впечатление, что были вымочены в каком-то слишком прям рассоле. Да и вообще, когда заказываешь себе "запеканку с фруктами" как-то совсем не так себе это представляешь))
В общем, в оба дня после завтрака осталась голодной. В основном ела только тосты с маслом.
Чай и кофе в неограниченном количестве. Есть сахар, молоко и печенье/конфеты.

Хороший отель!

Готель сподобався, відпочивали в напівлюксі за 1 100 грн. Готель має стильний інтер'єр, просторні кімнати, якісну сан. техніку та меблі.
У вартість входить сніданок з 6 варіантів на вибір, теж дуже смачно і цікава подача страв.
Мінус: трохи чути шум від гри в більярд, але в принципі не дуже заважав.
Однозначно буду радити знайомим!
