Pictures misleading, rooms gloomy and much smaller, they love scamming and ripping you off!

I was shocked when I arrived at this hotel. The pictures on booking.com were very misleading! And the guy at the reception made me believe I booked without breakfast to make me cancel the booking with booking.com and rebook through hotel for same price but ‘with’ breakfast to avoid paying commission to booking.com! He made me think he’s doing me a favour and asked me to give them 10/10 review! He probably did it with many others who never even realised the trick, so the reviews that are 9 and 10 are not genuine, he made them give the hotel that rating undeservedly! Do NOT go there. Palde hotel &spa, just a few minutes away is much much better, but book directly with them!
