Perfect place to stay in Kyiv

It's the second time I've stayed at the Sofievsky Posad Hotel, this time I visited with my daughter. The rooms are clean and feel light and airy, the breakfast sets you up for the day, and the staff are helpful friendly and professional, especially the girls are reception who were always ready to help with any questions. There are also beautifully maintained sauna rooms which we enjoyed on this trip.The hotel isn't in the city center, but the prices of the rooms are a bargain, and it's no problem to get into the city. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Kyiv.

Terrible hotel

Very bad service level in the restaurant!
Terrible english spoken by the employes
Second building accomodation not connected with the main hotel, is mandatory to go outside to arrive from one building to another.
I am really disapointed!!!

Good hotel with fantastic staff that could be a ittle bit cheaper for the location

What really impressed us was the staff, everyone was very nice, friendly and helpful staff with very good English that was helping us with everything possible. Nice room with very good bed and curtains, quiet at night but noisy during the day, perhaps from hotel laundry. Price relatively high compared to hotels in the center.

A very pleasant surprise!

The hotel is maybe twenty minutes by car from the city centre, but the hotel has its own excellent private car service to take you wherever you want to go. The cars are smart and clean, and so are the drivers. The bedroom was very large, clean and airy, and the bathroom was fine. The swimming pool is not huge, but it is hired to customers on a private, hourly basis, as are the various saunas. The hotel has a very pleasant ambience, but the main factor in its favour is the staff. I stayed three nights, and felt as if I knew them by the end of my stay, especially Yulia and Marina on reception, who did so much to help me. I will try very hard to find an excuse to go back to the Sofievsky Posad!

Good one

Very nice hotel, with perfect non smoking rooms. Breakfast is a bit poor, could be riched a bit. Very fresh yard outside. Even yard is divided into two parts for smokers and non smokers, what is very good for families with babies to ait outside. Reception ladies are very friendly and speak very fluent English and Russian, so you will not be lost )) there are even swimming pools, they are small a bit, but enough for being inside of water )) the hotel itself is a bit far from city center, but they have hotel taxis that can be used. Anyway, Uber is the cheapest taxi in Kiev. So, go to Kiev, choose this hotel, enjoy your stay and take a deep breat of fresh oxygen ))
