Very pleased and happy to have choosen this place
My first rip to Ukraine with my cousin and I, we were hosted by a very well spoken Maria at the front desk who was very helpfull amongst the ever so changing flight scheaule in UKraine and she helped us personally with finding out the newly flights out .... The breakfast had lots of healthy option :) Rooms were clean and shopping at the grocery store was a treat ! .

Amazing Hotel and the staff was like Family
i am really not sure what words are enough to express my gratitude and appreciation for my 5 night stay.
The room was excellent with a lovely view but what really made my stay and feel like i was the most important guest in the hotel, the guy's there Marina, Anna, Vadim, Yan, tattiana and several others i apologize my memory is bad so i might have forgotten names or miss spelled them thank you so so much it was an experience of a life time.
above and beyond normal guest hospitality was what i had felt with smiles and care.
i am sure my next visits will only be to this hotel.

Excellent hotel!!
We stayed for a few days at this hotel while in Kyiv on business at the end of September. It was an amazing experience!
The facilities were beautiful (we booked STUQ apartment), including nice fitness center, a nice lounge on the 18th floor, restaurants, and being adjacent to the Atmosfera Mall (which was very convenient for us).
I have found the staff to be extremely helpful, courteous and will do whatever they need to do to ensure your stay goes smoothly. I would especially point out the extremely professional and helpful Front Desk Ladies: Yana and Marina. They did a lot of research I requested and were always more than happy to help. They helped me book my train tickets as well. Always smilie and positive, they went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant and enjoyable.
Good services, comfortable room, tasty breakfast, with the local touch.

Nice clean and comfortable stay
Well I stayed this hotel 3 days .And I loved their hospitality the way they offer to their guest .. From room to food to cleaness everything was awasome . especially the greatings with smilies I have received everytime from the front desk that's really gives +ve vibes .. just the location was bit far from the main city .but overall I loved their hospitality .And looking forward to revisit again when will be in kiev. So thank you to all the stuff member of the hotel

One of Kyiv best hotels
After staying in this hotel already 5 times, I can say that on top of its unique location on one of the main roads from the airport, with easy fast access to both Kyiv airports.
It has comfortable spacious rooms in classic design, good king size bed, bedding, spacious Bathroom excellent shower, hair drier with upscale amenities and excellent service on every level. I love the hotel restaurant bar with the outdoor garden , the cafe , the attached large shoping and entertainment center, and the entire ambiance. It is always a buzzing place.
The excellent general manager of the hotel Mr. Irantha Duwage is doing a great job especially is this hard pandemic time, maintaining the hotel’s high standards with quality and good looking staff on every level . A special compliment to the beautiful and most talented rooms Devision manager Natalia Rohovska who was very kind with fluent English. Thank you for arranging for me a great stay.
The breakfast in the hotel is one of the best you will find in kyiv. They have live stations and very large selection of tasty and good quality choices. The hotel staff keeps masks and gloves. There are many disinfection stations everywhere . The rooms are disinfected and very clean. I fully recommend this hotel as a good value for money and excellent choice for business or pleasure in this amazing and beautiful city.
