Best Cave Hotel

In a word, a fantastic hotel. The hotel owners are genuinely very helpful and kind people. The room we stayed in was truly like something out of a fairytale; it might just be the most cave-like hotel in the area. The decor is very aesthetically pleasing, the view from the terrace is intertwined with the natural texture of Cappadocia, and the hotel's location is beautiful, surrounded by lots of small shops and places where you can have dinner. The hotel's breakfast was also quite adequate and delicious. Thank you again for this wonderful experience.

The right place to be

Restaurants and cozy town are just steps from this beautiful property. Mr. Ayhan booked for us some tours, pick ups and a nice and delicious restaurant -Areni restaurant- , you have to go there. The suite we stayed #103 have jacuzzi and pretty views of the valley and everything around this property is just breathtaking. You can sit, relax and take incredible pics from your terrace. Everyone here was a pleasure to deal with, the breakfast was fulfilling. This town was the best to stay (Ürgüp) and offered a more immersive experience than Goreme. If you are afraid of the distances, not worry because all tours offered a pick up at hotel.

Excellent rock carved property within walking distance of the centre of Urgup

Very nice boutique hotel in a panoramic position 300 meters from the center. Our room was carved into the rock very spacious 35 sq m with hot tub and clean and quiet. Good and hearty breakfast served in a nice terrace. Friendly staff but English speaking fatigue. Great value for money

The host was very helpful and friendly. Gave us many great recommendations. The breakfast was generous but mostly cold items. Facility was walking distance to many restaurants and downtown. The town is on a hill so be prepared to climb. They kept the facility very clean. However I have mixed feeling about cave rooms in general (not specific to this hotel). Not much ventilation and was muggy and smelly. It was a great experience but not sure I would do it again.

Amazing stay

Staying at Tale Cave was a perfect ending to our eight day Turkish experience. Their unique and romantic rooms provided a privileged glance into Ürgüp’s culture and the breakfast was authentic.
