A small charming hotel with wonderful staff.

A small cozy hotel with fantastic staff.
Breakfast has everything you could want. Dinner was varied and. Good.
The room was small but worked great.
The bus to and from the beach worked perfectly, always happy nice drivers.
The beach restaurant had a small menu but was OK. One day made a type of Piadina for several hours every day, always long line but ours worth waiting for. Super good.

Sad 2 weeks vacation

This was a very bad experience for the first time so the food supply was very bad, the staff in the bar was very incompetent and could not English we had to explain 3-4 times about what we want so we got wrong anyway.
The room was very unfresh as well as old building that had its faults such as it could not flush the feces and felt me as an inspector to go and get it fixed all the time about things that did not work. Cleaning was not carried out in the room when you had to take out all the bed clothes and throw on the floor.
The pool area was quite okay, as a cat owner I didn’t think it was so disgusting with cat faeces and pee smell 24/7 and cat poop by the sun loungers.
If you have the opportunity and book somewhere else do it because this will be a real headache.

Horrible.

Worst hotel ever don't come here. Found dead flies in the food served when I told staff they didn't care and continued to serve it to guests. Generally disgusting food ate fries and bread for two weeks. As for the drink, their drinks taste gross and you couldn't drink it. We didn't get our floors cleaned for two weeks and we had to take off the bedding for them to be changed. No one on the staff speaks English basically , and if you ordered two pepsi , you got a fanta instead . One of the staff spilled my drink and instead of apologising and helping to clean up he didn't say anything at all. Don't go here at all

Nice hotel for a relaxing stay

Nice hotel for those who want to relax on vacation. Nice kitchen without frills. Rooms are a little tired. I'm upset with the cleaning. Tipping doesn't work. The staff are friendly, always available to help. I particularly want to single out Hussein and a guy who says he's Andrew or Andrew, always ready to help even with substandard questions. The place is very hospitable, we arrived before we checked in, we were told to hurry up for breakfast. With the late departure, we also continued to be fed until we left. There is a shuttle to the beach, enough space on the beach, not cramped, food, drinks and water are free.

Small and cosy all-inclusive hotel

Small and cosy all-inclusive hotel with good varied food and friendly staff. Extra plus for the crew in the dining room and the bar. Everyone was helpful and southern, and the one who especially excelled was Bakir with his contagious mood and always with a glimpse in the eye.
