Excellent experience.
My stay at the MITSPARK hotel in Turkey was truly excellent from start to finish, especially since I was sharing the experience with my partner. The facilities are modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, creating a comfortable and high-quality atmosphere that made our time there even more enjoyable. Every space feels well maintained and carefully planned, which really adds to the overall experience.
The staff was consistently attentive, friendly, and professional, always making sure both of us felt welcome and well taken care of. On top of that, the location is ideal for exploring Istanbul together, with convenient access to many of the city’s main attractions. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay, and I would gladly return in the future. I hope to come back to this beautiful city soon.

Great stay, especially thanks to Ahmet
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Mitspark Istanbul. We were staying in the Fatih area and found it to be a great base for exploring Istanbul.
The room was one of the things we liked most. It was modern, comfortable and really well suited for couples. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and our room was cleaned every day, which we really appreciated. Honestly, everything was spot on during our stay.
There is also a terrace on the top floor with a really nice view of the Bosphorus. Sitting there and enjoying the view was definitely one of the highlights for us.
But what really made the stay special was Ahmet. He was genuinely one of the nicest people we met during our trip. He was always willing to help us with directions, getting around Istanbul and giving us advice whenever we needed it. He made everything much easier for us and was always welcoming whenever we saw him.
He was also kind enough to make us complimentary Turkish coffee every day. It sounds like a small thing, but we really enjoyed it and it became something we looked forward to during our stay.
Overall, we had a great experience at Mitspark Istanbul. The hotel was clean and modern, the room was perfect for us as a couple, the terrace has a beautiful view, and the hospitality was excellent.
A big thank you to Ahmet for making us feel so welcome. We would definitely come back when we visit Istanbul again!

Exceptional service, spotlessly clean, kind staff
We stayed here twice and both times we had an excellent stay. The rooms are cozy and elegant with luxurious details, especially the standard room with the view of the Bosporus. It’s beautiful! You get everything you need and the rooms, hallways and public spaces are all spotlessly clean and sparkling. The staff are AMAZING. They go out of your way to make you feel welcome, greet you every time and even remember your name. Mr. Ahmet and Mr. Tolga especially, were so kind and thoughtful. During our stay they went above and beyond to help us and make us comfortable and attend to our needs. The hotel is located literally steps away from SultanAhmet Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Not even a 2 minute walk. Everything you need is close by and access to the Bosporus waterfront is also a few minutes walk from the hotels. It’s not an exaggeration to state that it was one of the best hotel stays in Istanbul! Highly recommend if you’re single/couple for both leisure or business.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Stay in the Heart of Istanbul!
We have had such a wonderful stay at Mitspark Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul. One of the biggest highlights of our stay has been the staff. Everyone has been incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful, and we have genuinely felt very well looked after from the moment we arrived. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and the level of hospitality has made our stay even more enjoyable. The cleanliness is exceptional. Our room is thoroughly cleaned every single day and is always left spotless, fresh and comfortable. The housekeeping team do an amazing job and the attention to detail really stands out. We also really appreciated being given fresh bottles of water every day, completely free of charge. It might seem like a small touch, but it made such a difference and really showed the level of care and service the hotel provides. We always felt that the staff wanted to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our stay. The location is fantastic too. You are right in the heart of Sultanahmet, with many of Istanbul's most famous attractions within easy walking distance, including the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Sultanahmet Square and Topkapı Palace. There are also plenty of great restaurants, cafés and rooftop restaurants nearby, so you are never short of places to eat. Public transport is also very easy to use, with bus stops around a 5/10 minute walk away and the tram also within easy walking distance, making it very convenient to explore the rest of Istanbul. Overall, Mitspark has been an excellent choice. Friendly and caring staff, exceptionally clean rooms, brilliant daily housekeeping, complimentary fresh water every day, a fantastic location and easy access to transport, restaurants and Istanbul's main attractions. We have been looked after extremely well throughout our stay and would 100% recommend Mitspark Hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. We would definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
