SICAK BİR DENEYİM

Ailecek 4 kişilik bir odada kaldık. Otelin yeri şehre ulaşımı ve sınır kapısına yakınlığı nedeniyle çok iyi. Dışarıdan güzel gözüken oteli içi de bir hayli lüks. Çalışanlar sizi daha kapıda karşılıyorlar, güler yüzlü ve samimiler. Yemek yeme olanağınız da var. Fiyatlar uygun. Odada klima wifi var. Yataklar çarşaflar temiz. Duşta su soğuktu çalışanlara bildirdik hemen düzelttiler ilgilenirler. Ailecek yönetiyorlarmış oturup sohbet edip maç izledik. Ödemede bir sorun yaşamadık öteki yorumlara aldanmayın. Kahvaltı doyurucuydu. Dönüşte tekrar uğrayacağım teşekkürler.

Disaster

The hotel is absolutely horrible. Noone speaks english. Some of the staff is rude. Toilet was broken. Room was dirty. No hot water. Walls were thin, and the whole room shook when trucks passed nearby. Fortunately they moved me to a better room in the main building.
The worst part comes when you leave. I paid in cash in the hotel and immediately when I left they also charged my card. They pretended they will refund the money but of course they did not.
So to sum up I paid twice for the worst hotel I have ever seen.

ATTENTION UNSAFE OPERATION! DON'T STAY!

İpsala Mola Hotel, where we stayed on 25.08.2023, has deducted the ACCOMMODATION FEE FROM OUR CREDIT CARD TWICE, on 25 August and 27 August. I made the reservation through the business's own website, and despite contacting the business multiple times, the second credit card withdrawal was not canceled and no payment was made. AN APPLICATION HAS BEEN MADE TO THE CONSUMER RIGHTS ARBITRATION COMMITTEE AND LEGAL ACTIONS HAVE BEEN INITIATED. IT IS AN UNSAFE BUSINESS. IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU DO NOT STAY. KIND REGARDS.

impostors

The hotel is filthy and they charged me twice, it's the blatant fraud. Since I was uncomfortable, I requested to postpone the appointment to the next day and the person on the phone said not at all, we will arrange it when it arrives, and I was very happy, but when I woke up the next day, I heard that the hotel canceled the previous reservation and I had to pay again. He said it was a camera joke, I was shocked and I had to pay twice because I had nowhere to go at midnight...

Tavsiye ederim memnun kaldik.

Güvenli temiz bir aile oteli Yunanistan sınırına çok yakın 1 gece konakladık gayet temiz ve yeterli bir otel. Gördüğüm kadarıyla yoğun gurbetçi konaklıyor. Gece çalışan Nihat arkadaş çok ilgili bol bol çay ikram etti teşekkürler. Sınır yoğunluk durumuna göre yola çıkabiliyorsunuz
