Negatives:
Forms to be filled in at reception while we were tired from travelling by route; these should be on line !
Restaurant opens late for dinner, mainly at 19:09 instead of 19:00, clients waiting in a dark corridor without seats.
Kids well under 10 years old jump in the food queues all the times, when spoken to the restaurant supervisor/manager, I was told they can't help it.
Electric power cut off in the rooms night of 26th July for about 35 min, spoken to the reception and I am still amazed why there is not generators ???

The place was in bad condition, specifically the rooms… furniture was in need of repairs, non matching towels in the bathroom, no Aircondition in the hallway.
