Very nice stay for a family for five! Highly recommendable, fantastic pool area for children and play, and the hotel was just beside the beach. Chaweng beach was very beautiful and clean.

Great for a family vacation
Stayed at Ozo with a family of five. Pool area was used everyday with the kids, very popular. Perfect location at Chaweng beach – which was a beautiful and clean beach with white sand. We really enjoyed the stay, a lot of activities and shopping opportunities nearby. The only drawback was the rather small size of the rooms.

The room is small, outdated, and poorly maintained
A pleasant hotel, though the rooms are quite small. Please note that adding an extra bed incurs an additional fee and leaves the room feeling extremely cramped. The wardrobe is located inside the bathroom and is quite outdated. Furthermore, there was a strong, persistent musty smell in the room; I sent an email to the management regarding this issue, but received no response.
We booked two pool-view rooms. During showers, water consistently leaks onto the bathroom floor because the shower door opens outward. This renders the bath mat ineffective, leaving the floor wet at all times.
Another inconvenience is the beach and pool towel policy: guests are required to carry their towels to the pool or beach, and once they are wet or sandy, take them back to the room and hold onto them until the next day.
As for the dining area, the food was mediocre. While the pastries were fresh, the overall culinary quality was not to my taste.
