You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of THB 3000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. All guests staying in hotel guest rooms must be registered with the hotel. Non-registered guests will be asked to leave their ID cards or identification papers at the reception desk. In case of staying overnight non-registered fee will be applied. Please note that the name of the credit cad holder must be the same as the guest’s name and credit card along with a valid ID must be presented to the property upon check-in. if the credit card is not presented, a new payment is required. The spa is temporarily closed until further notice. 10% Discount on Food & Beverages for a la carte menu. Discount excludes alcoholic beverages, in-room dining, minibar, and not applicable in conjunction with any other discounts, offers, promotions, and is available till 30 October 2025. The discount is applicable once per meal per bill per stay. Building No. 2 will be temporarily closed for renovation and improvement until 15 August 2025.
