We had an amazing stay at METADEE CONCEPT HOTEL! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was perfect. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and offers a wonderful atmosphere for a relaxing vacation.
A special thank you to AE, TAN, PETCH, and AUNTO for their outstanding hospitality. They were always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. Their kindness and professionalism made our stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel has stunning views, a beautiful pool area, and excellent facilities. Every detail was carefully taken care of, making us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay.

Excellent Hotel with Great Staff
What a beautiful hotel with excellent staff. Me and my family (wife and 3 boys aged 9, 14 and 17) booked a 3 bedroom executive suite which consisted of three bedrooms with their own bathrooms connected with a dining area for 15 nights.
Rooms and bathrooms were clean and massive in size with everything you need in there. Water bottles were replaced daily
Pools were nice and we hired the water scooters which were great.
Amethyst Restaurant for breakfast was great with lovely staff and we used to have a daily hour of drinks which were nice
We had a meal at the Moon Terrace restaurant which again was a treat. Our room was just below the restaurant!
Great gym which we used
Also had a one hour massage at the spa
The buggy took you to the main road where there were lots of options for taxis, shops and restaurants and Kata beach was 5 minutes walk away
Would recommend staying here and would love to come back again

What a welcome! We were greeted by Chani, and we had the privilege of being upgraded. The hotel is magnificent, the dining is top-notch, and the cleanliness of the establishment is impeccable. We are delighted to be in this beautiful hotel. Thank you to all the staff for your attention.

An Excellent Enjoyable Stay!
We had an excellent stay at this property, in the elite concept junior suite with pool. Design wise this place is fun! Its bright and different, sime would say brave - but it works! The room is spacious and modern design with a integrated bathroom, wardrobe and storage space that is wonderful.
We were in the gold pool section which was quiet and the pool is lovely. Especially so at night. We enjoyed the bar and restaurant - it is a bit more expensive for drinks than outside, but i think you have to expect that. Importantly of the staff everywhere were very friendly, professional and accommodating all of the time - great work. And the buggy service is excellent.
The only thing i would improve is breakfast only slightly, it is varied for international markets - but it would be good to see scrambled eggs and bacon as a choice for western markets.

Phuket Metadee experience
Very nice experience. Good location and ambience. Room was luxurious and very comfy. Staff Palmy, Ben and Bowy were extra courteous to make my check in experience a smooth ride. They even gave me welcome souvenir. Overall 10/ 10
