Gem on south side Patong near OTOP market

Great value hotel which is new and has comfortable spacious rooms. I stayed at one of the windowless rooms but it's okay. A/c was cool, and the amenities were nice - a sofa, toothbrushes and fresh towels. The hotel was kept clean and the staff were friendly. Would stay again.

Did not get the actual room that i have book - twin bed rooms instead get a room with 1 queen size bed. Talk to the receptionist and she explained that the twin bed is limited and fully booked. So I ask to have 1 extra pillow to put in middle between me and my friend. Receptionist politely not charge me for the extra pillow. She do amazing job in handling my situation. Nice room and the AC was perfect! Definitely will come again in future.

チェックインの時間になってもフロントに人がいませんでした、エアコンのリモコンの電池がなく、あたふたしました。部屋中蟻だらけで駆除してもらいました。
