Enjoyed my two week stay at Cool Residence. Not only does the name make everyone I met smile, the hotel itself was secure, clean, well-kept, and offered free breakfast. Wi-Fi was good even up on the fourth floor and the staff is friendly and accommodating.

I recommend

I highly recommend trying. It''s a serene, quiet, and ideal retreat where you can unwind in the friendly team with both attention and cleanliness, and more. Our room was spacious and we had no trouble with the shower. There was always hot water, coffee and tea available daily. It’s 15-20 minutes’ walk from Old Town. You can get to Patong Beach by taxi for 600-650 Baht. We were able to easily cater to our needs from nearby stores. It’s 10/10 worth it.

The hotel facilities were good (air conditioner, hair dryer). There was a shared microwave oven in the corridor. However, at night, I could hear people having s*x, so the sounds from one room could be heard across the entire floor.
