Beyond expectation service
It is the best service I have ever received. We booked three villas this time .every staff is so nice and patient. So many beyond expectation services.My family and me enjoyed it very much .we will visit it again! Kwan ,Jason ,Pie .,Thanks again !hope to see you next time !

Exceptional resort!!
We stayed 7 nights for our honeymoon. From the second we arrived to the moment we checked out, it was the most wonderful experience we could have ever asked for.
The Serenity Villa was amazing. Clean, well kept and beautifully presented.
We organised a special night with an in villa dinning experience with a person chef. The food was amazing and fresh. The chef was lovely, engaging and respectful. Worth the every bit of the price.
Every afternoon we had drinks at the swim up bar (happy hour between 4pm and 5pm)- service was great and met some other lovely couples and families.
The staff are lovely and very helpful.
The Serenity Villa was amazing. Clean, well kept and beautifully presented.

An Unforgettable Family Stay and World-Class Spa Experience!
Recently, starting August 9, I stayed three nights at Mandai Banyan Tree with my wife and son, and it was a truly wonderful experience.
The room we stayed in was truly specialIt was beautifully designed, unbelievably comfortable, and the perfect place for a family trip. I want to thank the room maid in charge who gave Villa 207 a perfectly thorough clean.
But the absolute highlight of our trip was Banyan Tree Spa. I would like to express my deep gratitude to the spa team, especially to Brownie and Totty. Their sincere kindness, warm hospitality, and exceptional professional massage skills set the true highest standard. They took special and careful care of us, allowing us to completely relax and recharge.
Thank you to the entire team for making our family trip this special. We’re counting down the days until we go back!
